Log In
To log in simply click the 'log in' link in the upper right hand corner of the McGuff eCommerce web site.
A log-in page will display. Enter your username (email address) and password in the appropriate fields on this page.
If you don’t have a username and password you can click the Create An Online Account button near the bottom of the page. You will be taken to a New User Registration page where you can create your User Account.

Forgotten Password
If you have a username, but have misplaced your password, click the Forgot your Password, link on the log in page, to have a new password sent to you.
If you are sure that your username and password are correct and you are still unable to log in please contact us via email at Please enable Javascript or call 1-800 854-7220 to have your account reset.

Reset Password
If you should need to change you password, once you are 'Logged In" to your McGuff eCommerce account, go to the My Account link in the top right-hand section of the page...
You will be taken to the My Account section of the eCommerce website. On the left side, there are a number of navigation links to to enable you to modify your account. Click the 'Change Password' link.
You will be prompted to enter your current password and then, a new password.

Create New Account
To create a new account, click the 'Log In' link at the top right of the eCommerce web page.
Once the 'Log In" page loads, use the 'Create An Online Account' link go to our registration page.
Once you have completed the registration form, press 'Submit' and a new acount will be created for you. Note: All the required fields are indicated with a Red *

Finding Products
There are a couple of ways to locate product on our eCommerce website:
1) You can use the product category selection menu on the left side of the page to "browse" our products. You will be presented with subcategories to help you narrow down your search.
2) You can use the product search feature at the top left of the page if you know the item you are looking for. Simply enter the product number or description and a list of results will be presented for you to choose from.

Adding Items to My Cart
Items can be added to your cart by entering the number of items you want in the quantity box and then clicking the "BUY" button.
You can add items to your cart from both the search result pages and the product detail page. Simply enter the quantity desired and press "Buy".

Selecting Multiple Shipping Methods
Our shopping cart allows you to select a different shipping method for each of the items in your shopping cart. For example you may want some of your items to ship overnight and others ground. To do this simply select the desired shipping method for each of the items in your cart then click the "Update Order" button to save your selections

Updating Quantities in the Cart
Once you have an item in your cart you can adjust the number that you would like to order by entering the quantity you wish for an item, then click the update order button to save your quantity changes.

Splitting an Order
You have the option of "Splitting An Order" from your shopping cart (i.e. sending a portion of a quantity ordered via 'ground', and the remainder 'overnight'). Simply select the "Split" button on a line and a new window will open.
You can then choose how you want to split your order - sending any amount via any method of shipping. Click "Submit" when you are satisfied, or "Cancel" if you change your mind.

My Account
The My Account link will take you to the section of the web site were you can manage all of the details about your account: change passwords, apply for credit, add addresses, add/change credit cards or return product.

Adding Addresses
To add an address, simply click the blue “add new shipping” link near the bottom of the My Account page (in the Account Information area of the main section of the page). To make changes to any of the addresses just click the blue “edit” link next to the address, make any changes then click the submit button to save the changes. Please note there is only one billing address for the account.

Adding Credit Cards
If you need to add a credit card go to My Account then click the “My Credit Cards” link in the left hand navigation menu.
Next, click the “Add New Card” link at the top. If you need to edit the details of an existing credit card simply click the “Edit” link below the credit card you wish to edit.
Please note: You cannot change the credit card number. The number is not shown for security reasons. If the number is incorrect simply delete the card and enter a new one.
You can also add a new credit card at check-out on the payment page. Simply leave the “My credit card dropdown” set to ---Select--- and enter your credit card details in form provided. If you don’t see the credit card information form please ensure that you have selected pay via “credit card”.
