McGuff Implements New Customer Service Capability

The McGuff Company is proud to announce a significant improvement to its information technology (IT) infrastructure to better serve our customers throughout the world. Investments into software, servers, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephones, eCommerce website and website enhancements have proven to benefit the company and customers alike.
In addition to accounting and SQL database software improvements, McGuff has deployed multiple types of high density blade server configurations to improve performance across our new VoIP, internal and external networks. Our new blade servers are configured to be secure and redundant. The entire package of new IT software and equipment is designed to provide McGuff employees and customers reliable and speedy access 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
McGuff completely replaced its telephones and telephone system for a state-of-the-art VoIP all digital telephone system. The VoIP digital telephone system combines an easy to use enhanced capability that is synchronous with our computer systems to assure customers and customer service representatives crystal clear communications and fast access to data.
To complete the upgrades McGuff has completely reworked its website and added significant capability to its eCommerce solution.
