Introduction
Greens--a collective term for various green plants and algae that offer health benefits--have been around for a long time. Research has since accumulated about their unique characteristics and highlights the benefits to human health. One of the prominent features of greens lies in the chlorophyll content. Present in almost all vegetables and grasses, chlorophyll has been shown to counter cell damage caused by smoke, pollution and carcinogens. However, a 2005 A.C. Nielsen survey showed that 82% of Americans do not consume the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables--meaning that most are not gaining the benefit of green foods. Our product contains a garden variety of greens, fruits, vegetables and nutrient-rich grains--the perfect multi-greens blend for those multi-taskers with a busy lifestyle!

- Provides a comprehensive blend of greens, fruits and vegetables
- Contains organic, cold processed flaxseed (1218 mg per serving)
- Supplies the following greens: Spirulina, wheatgrass, barley grass, oat grass (plus grains such
as flaxseed and rice flour)
- Supplies the following vegetables: Beets, kale, carrots, spinach, tomatoes
- Supplies the following fruits: Apples, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries
- Each serving supplies an ORAC level equivalent to the antioxidant capacity of 3 servings of
fruits and vegetables. ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) measures how much a
particular substance has the ability to "quench" or absorb free radicals.
