McGuff Update on Coronavirus Pandemic and Your Supplies - First Update

Dear Friends,

As you are aware the coronavirus pandemic has caused considerable disruption to the healthcare supply chain.

Our employees at McGuff have become very resourceful in obtaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (masks, gloves, table paper, etc.) to keep you supplied when other major wholesalers were out of stock. However, while the coronavirus propagates it is becoming more difficult to obtain the PPEs you need to run your practice.

As a result of this difficult trend McGuff has stopped providing PPE to the general public and is not taking on new healthcare customers for these products. Our mission is to serve our existing customers to the best of our ability.

This morning we received information that there is a national shortage of standard IV solutions just as we had several years ago. McGuff is not going to accept new customers for IV solutions to protect our limited inventory and you. Further, we will allocate IV solution purchases for current customers based upon product we have on-hand and the traditional quantities purchased.

It is our sincere hope that this policy will limit or at least lessen supply disruptions

All three McGuff companies have activated our business continuity plans which include:

• Methods to ensure our employees remain healthy.
• Methods to ensure our manufacturing facility (which produces Ascor^® Ascorbic Acid Injection) and compounding pharmacy have adequate raw materials on hand for sustained, uninterrupted operations.
• Methods to ensure consumables (tubing, gowns, pumps, filters, etc.) needed for the manufacturing facility and compounding pharmacy are on hand for sustained operations.
• Enabling disaster recovery policies to help ensure our businesses remain available to you during this unique historical event.
